If you are in any doubt where to stay in Bogata then choose this one! The people are amazing, so friendly and kind and happy. We only heard laughter and saw smiles. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and we never heard outside noise or other guests. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice and there are two delicious restaurants to choose from for dinner in the evening. Very secure parking.

The service is impeccable, the food is incredible, the room was very clean and spacious and the bed was terribly comfortable. All in all very happy with this stay. No problems with noise or any of the usual issues one can experience in hotels. It had been quite a while since I saw such a good breakfast too ; many choices of high quality food. The kitchen staff is amazing. I browsed through older reviews and it seems like the hotel took criticisms seriously as I typically couldn't relate to them.

We loved everything since the very first moment. After a long trip (we were traveling with a 2 years old kid and a 6 month baby), we had welcoming drinks in the bar and they helped us a lot with all our needs (huge luggage, hiring private city tour, etc). The room had everything we needed and super comfortable for our family. Special mention to the personnel, all of them, without exception, were marvelous. We will surely come back and highly recommend it!

I enjoyed staying here -the area was nice and only a short ride by uber to the main square. I was warmly welcomed by the super friendly receptionist, and the staff were all very helpful too. It was a great location, and was safe. The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was good and the staff were very accommodating to my vegan diet.
