Beautiful gardens and lodges. The proximity to town meant you had cafes and restos on your doorstep and no need for car. The pool/games room was great entertainment for kids during down time.

Super friendly staff, very comforting. Excellent food, they have a daily special, which was extremely tasty both times we had it! Rooms are cozy and perfectly clean.

Amazing view of the volcano, the gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Managed to see a few animals on the property, e.g. iguana. The room offered lots of privacy. Breakfast buffet had excellent choice. Staff very welcoming on arrival. Great facilities including swimming pools, spa, restaurants. Excellent value for money. Arenal is a great destination too, with so much to do.

Everything was AMAZING!!! Maravilloso, sin palavras. Es el paradiso! Un veradero paradiso. Piscinas maravillosas, limpio, poca gente, unas condiciones absolutamente inigualables! Superó todas mis expectativas. El bar tiene unas margaritas buenísimas y comida muy rica! Es una experiencia alucinante! Lo aconsejo a todo el mundo, es un 10/10!!!

Absolute service heaven! Rarely experience such a perfectly run service Organisation in a hotel as at Arenal Springs (even comparing to 5 stars). Exceptional hotel and experience. The staff were all exceptionally knowledgable, friendly and professional. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic!
