Great Hotel, great location, private garage under the hotel, Staff was very friendly and helpful. The King room is very spacious with tasteful design and the beds were super comfortable. First fill of the mini bar is offered by the hotel and a good coffee machine available in the room. Will surely book again.

The swimming is one of the best I've seen; big, spacious facing floor-to-ceiling windows. The room we had was really large and comfortable. I usually notice the little details so I was very impressed by the heavy door handles and the doors themselves; solid, heavy, and built right. Breakfast at the Wintergarten was spectacular. The hotel made my first time in Baden-Baden unforgettable. Thank you :)

Amazing location and friendly staff! Everything we ever need to see, whether shops, restaurants, spas, Therme, are all just walking distance! The city, though rainy, was absolutely beautiful! Amazing architecture and rich culture wherever you look- even the hotel has such long history of housing travellers! Wow, is all we can say. PS. Aside from the great hotel and their breakfast buffet, cakes and yummy breads are also served in the building. Miss Anna is such a wonderful host.
