The gentleman who checked me in was very efficient, helpful and friendly. He explained everything I needed to know for my stay without me having to ask any questions. I found him very professional and clearly dedicated to his job. It was an excellent start to my stay of two nights. My room was on the third floor and I must respond here to some of the other reviews which I have read. The Wi-fi worked perfectly in my room (375), with a very strong connection. I had no problems at all, so previous guests must've encountered other technical faults with their signal. I checked in on a Saturday and was expecting to hear loud "party" music from the street until early hours, but it was very calm and peaceful. I slept with the balcony door ajar, but had no disturbance. The room was large and comfortable, the bed was particularly divine! Lovely bed linen and super mattress, I slept wonderfully. Not a memory foam mattress, so I suppose could be deemed too soft for some people. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but on my arrival the sachets had not been correctly refilled. Rather odd quantities and the tea-bags that were there had been water damaged. Fortunately I always carry my own supplies of my preferences. The next day I informed Housekeeping, and the very friendly lady gave me a plentiful stock of everything. Room was very clean, equipped with everything I personally needed. It was possible to request extras such as bathrobe, slippers etc - free of charge, but not necessary for me. I didn't try the restaurant or bar, but everything looked great. The restaurant is actually next door, but you can access it through the hotel breakfast room. Restaurant and bar are closed on Sundays. Breakfast was excellent both times I went down for it. The first time it was extremely busy, the hotel had been full on a Saturday night.

Just one stop away from central station, above a major mall. Very convenient. The famous Stuttgart Library is located next to the hotel. If u take the subway, take the subway lift to the street level and u will see Decathlon. Take a few steps to the left and u will find the hotel entrance.
