Lovely hotel. Very helpful receptionist, Jolina. Great shower, very comfortable bed. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. Wonderful breakfast with plenty of choice. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. Thanks to all staff who work at the hotel.

This is a great family run place, right in the middle of the old town of Gengenbach. With all amenities you could need. Sauna, outdoor pool, outdoor breakfast/lunch/diner. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Gengenbach is a small town I'd seriously recommend visiting and it's a great place to stay for a few days.

    Beautiful rooms and very friendly welcoming staff. A truly exceptional experience and actually the best stay on our trip. Our studios had air con which was so needed as when we were there it was 30 deg outside but we slept so well. Beds were super comfy and the decor was great. Loved having a beer in the bar and reading my book. So relaxing. Recommend very highly.

    Check-in was smooth and very informative information for our short stay. The hotel and rooms were lovely. As hoped this was a beautiful hotel to finish off our 2 week holiday in Italy on our way back to Scotland. The staff were excellent and very helpful, allowing for our very poor efforts at the German language. Our meal in the restaurant was superb! Breakfast was a delight and set us up for the day and our trip home. THANK YOU.

    This hotel was so good I didn't want to review it and not be able to easily return! It was fabulous, great room, lovely outside area for a drink after a long drive, superb restaurant (and we were the first to try the new menu), welcoming staff, and very quiet. Breakfast was fantastic and very relaxed. Can't wait to return again.
