The service staff is very very friendly and helpful. I book the room for my parents, who cannot speak German or Engish. He was very attentive to my parents' needs and made their stay process very smooth. Besides, the room is bright and clean. Breakfast is good. and the location is perfect.

Location is excellent for access to Potsdam, which is what we wanted. Berlin centre is about 30-40 mins away. Room clean, comfortable, well appointed Breakfast is really good. Great mix of fruits, meats, cheeses, yoghurts, cereals, breads etc. Good coffee too. Wifi, TV, etc., all worked fine We had a problem with our bill (we got charged twice for our stay). What I loved the most is that they have a private garden with lots of tables and chairs, very cute. The room was clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Free street parking is available nearby, also a street with lots of restaurants is 200m away.
