Nice people, nice room, comfy bed and small details that made the difference. A quick breakfast is available at the room if you just want a tea, chai latte, chocolate or french coffee. A very functional clock alarm, an iron in the room for all the stay as requested, all you may need for bathroom and a very cute note with some chocolate upon arrival made it for me. All services are easy and well thought! Thank you for everything, will repeat.

The staff were absolutely amazing, great ideas on what to see and where to go (given that it is November). The view of the Rhine is spectacular. The film festival at the palace was very close by, as were several restaurants. We enjoyed going for a run along the river.

Very nice, clean, space room, hotel has very nice wellness area with swimming pool, steam bad and sauna. Nice relax after a long day. Breakfast was amazing with many things to choose - cold, hot, sweet possibilities. All hotel staff was friendly snd kind.
