We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and had a complementary bottle of bubbles waiting for us in the room, all the staff was super accommodating and professional and everything was either meeting or exceeding expecations. The location was excellent, right in the Old Town. We were just a few minutes' walk from Kiek in de Kok, Viru gates and the Town Hall Square. Breakfast had a lot of options and we enjoyed the sauna. Reception was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in early which was helpful.
