It is perfect for the families. Very cozy, with easy check in. Everything in the apartment is well thought out, which I was very surprised about. Heated floor in the bathroom, comfortable bed and good noise insulation.

Location is paramount, and this is the perfect base for exploring Tallinn's old town. The room was spotless and well-maintained. Lilia and Anna were both friendly and very helpful to ensure we enjoyed our stay in Tallinn, although we haven't met in person. They were also prompt in addressing any issues we encountered. A huge thank you to them.

Really one of the best hotels in Tallinn. We stayed in the suite with private sauna and bathtub and it was amazing! The hotel staff was so friendly and nice! After spending the first three nights in the Old Town, we were happy to end our 10 day visit to Estonia at the Nordic Hotel Forum in Tallinn. Very central to the Old Town and to shops, restaurants and public transport. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel was packed with individuals and large groups, and yet the breakfast room staff worked at a fast speed to ensure everything is replenished. What a spread, it is more like a brunch, and all delicious. We were a group of 5, including 2 teenagers. 2 in our party enjoyed the pool and spa on the 8th floor.

Wonderful hotel! The location is perfect, exactly next to the entrance of the Tallinn Old Town, allowing for easy access to every landmark within the old city. The staff is friendly and the room service is very tidy and clean. I especially admire the historical decoration and the antique wooden style of my room. It's like a museum, providing an immersive experience of Estonian history. Perhaps it's just something ordinary for locals, but it made me fall in love with this country as a visitor."
