The experience at Helnan hotel Palace was truly exceptional. Staying at this hotel made us feel detached from the present, offering a tranquil haven of peace, serenity and a picturesque view. Our room was spacious, clean and with a balcony where we spend most of the time, the bed and pillows was comfortable too. The staff in the hotel were exceptional, they made sure we have the best view and comfort during our stay. We didn't get the chance to try their restaurants though. We'd surely stay again at this hotel on our next visit to Alexandria.

the location is great near from everything , the staff are very very friendly, smiley help as much as they can , the lobby is very active there is a nice valley for the car which helps me a lot. they give the gustes plat of fruits which is nice from their side the menu of the food inside the hotel it’s reasonable as same as outside restaurants the breakfast in the roof has amazing view

Everything was exceptional, the breakfast was diversified and delicious. Also the security is on high level 👌🏻. Furthermore, I had a small situation with the deposits, I forgot my scarf at the breakfast lounge & I asked for it the next day and it was wrapped nicely and waiting for me to pick it up ☺️
