It was a stay in a beautiful building located in the new town side of the Albarracin area. The staff were very polite and communicated thoroughly, making my stay very pleasant. The guest room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious enough. The common area had a kettle, tea bags, and coffee available, which guests could freely enjoy on the terrace. The breakfast was particularly noteworthy. I had a wonderful breakfast at a reasonable price. If I have the chance to visit Alvalade again, I will definitely stay here again.

Rosa was friendly and welcoming. The room was small and cozy and cool despite being very hot outside. It is an easy walk to the centre of albarracin, what a very precious place. Like a museum. Rosa gave us a wonderful breakfast, we were full for the day. The room had a fridge if we needed it and I loved the light switches. Deserves to be called a 3 star. We parked directly outside the hotel. Lovely visit would highly recommend.

I stayed at Hotel Albarracin over Xmas 2025, 24-26 December. The town itself was a perfect 10th century pueblo with a multitude of bars and restaurants to enjoy, although not on this trip. It was totally my fault, of course. I forgot that Xmas in Spain is a more dedicated affair. Everyone takes a well-earned break from the daily grind, including all of the local places and my hotel. So I was stuck in my cozy, warm and nicely decorated hotel with no prospect of a dining experience. At this point, I need to introduce you to the hotel staff. Andrea was welcoming and always helpful. I mentioned my predicament to the wonderful Marianna and she had the solution within seconds. I just needed to pop along to the local store, which I just caught in time, and whatever I bought, Marianna would prepare in the hotel kitchen. Incidentally, this hard-working and versatile Marianna, for both nights I stayed, was the sole receptionist, bar person and chef. She did with with good humour and was happy to help in every way. Respect to the hotel for hiring Marianna and to Marianna, for turning a pretty bleak culinary prospect into a different kind of trip. Marianna made may trip a complete pleasure. Thank you so much.
