Came to Tenerife for a week to celebrate my 40th birthday. We wanted to relax and so booked this place. It's a really lovely place. Very big but also quiet. There is a small spa (€ 25 for 90 min) and two big pools. When we were there in December, the water was a bit cold but still ok to swim. We also had dinner in the two restaurants and tried the buffet several times. Buffet is a bit of a hit or miss. Especially if you are vegetarian. You really need to have a car to get here. Staff were all very friendly.

Very beautiful hotel, we loved everything. Nice room with comfortable beds. Calm and quiet. Amazing breakfast. We would like to come back and we can fully recommend it. Good location to go to Masca and Teide.

the apartment was amazing with an incredible view of the city and the ocean. The staff were very nice and helpful, they recommended us where to go to the beach and also made reservations to restaurant for dinner.

Everything. Food was excellent. Service was at the highest level. Verona, Verde Mar, El Mirador “a must” for dinner. Room was cleaned for 2 times per day. The hotel has a great location.

Outstanding overall experience Breakfast was good. a large variety. Nightly children shows / mini Disco were amazing. The view from the hill where the hotel sits was great. Wonderful stay for kids. To repeat when possible.
