the location is great, very easily accessible from the highway and very close to Chamonix! The greeting at arrival was one of the best we had so far. really nice staff, very helpful, big smiles and they even spoke very good English! unfortunately we only stayed for one night, but we will come back for sure. Rooms are big enough, clean, additional pillows and extra blankets are available if you’re cold. We didn’t have breakfast, but coffee was good! we would recommend this hotel without hesitation!

Beautiful place in excellent position in Les Gets Village, calm but close to town, shops, lifts, restaurants. Amazing view of the valley. Excellent place for bikers with adequate facilities. Satisfactory breakfast. Kind and very well trained staff. Without any doubt, a reference for a stay in Les Gets.

Amazing staff and restaurant food- dessert buffet if you opt in for their set menu!! Breakfast has a wide enough range. Room is clean and ample for the 3 of us. It's close to the free ski bus stop (3 min walk). In terms of the closest ski lift, it's not useful for us because we have a 3 year-old toddler who can not take that drag lift.

Situated on the edge of the village, Chalet-Hôtel Neige et Roc, The Originals Relais offers the opportunity to sample French village life, with the centre and its shops only a short walk away.

I expected facilities like a sauna because I came on a ski trip. Swimming pool and Sauna was perfect! And It was also about 20 minutes away from the ski resorts, so accessibility was good.

Lovely hotel and staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel room was very comfy and clean. Enjoyed the lovely spa and the pool was still open. Location was perfect for the town.
