The Le Castillan Hotel was an amazing experience from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, cozy ambiance and the flat that provided everything I needed. I am extremely grateful to have stayed at Le Castillan and would definitely return in the future.

For a 2 star hotel it was really excellent and good value for money. The evening meals were delicious, the rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a balcony with a fabulous view. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The added bonus is the hotel is right opposite the ski slope. We were also able to park our car right outside at no extra cost. We are planning to return next year.

The views from the Mountain View rooms are absolutely wonderful with no vis a vis. The rooms are larger than average for French Alp hotels and are comfortable and well organised. The bar lounge area is cosy, the breakfast great value. Above all, the staff are superb; friendly, helpful, happy - especially Oksana!! Highly recommend

Vacancéole - Au Coeur des Ours is located in Les Deux Alpes and offers self-catering accommodation. The property is a short walk from the ski lifts and right in front of the free-shuttle stop.

Location is convenient for Belle Etoile ski lift, transfer buses and local shops. It's a little farther to the main restaurant/bars area but still quite close. The apartment was a reasonable size for skiing - i.e. fairly small but not excessively so. The kitchen had most of the basic equipment you would expect.

Featuring mountain views, Gite L'Aurienchon is set in Auris, around 20 km from Alpe d'Huez. This bed and breakfast features a shared lounge.

Situated in Saint-Martin-dʼUriage, 14 km from AlpExpo, Hotel Les Mésanges features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace.

I would highly recommend this hotel especially to couples as the atmosphere around this hotel is so serene and relaxing. The spa facilities are amazing - the sauna, steam room and both the indoor and outdoor pools are exceptionally clean. We had the opportunity to stay in the attic rooms, which were so cosy and equipped with all amenities. From the window, there are views of the alps and the surrounding gardens where one could go for a long walk to enjoy this picturesque village. This hotel is ideal for a getaway holiday to relax and unwind and have time to destress.
