Cute accommodation with enough room for a couple. Comfy bed upstairs and a functional if not cramped bathroom downstairs which added to the quirkiness. Free street parking out the front and conveniently situated so we left the car behind for our duration. Very quiet too. Angel's instructions were perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely staff. Clean room and shower. Bus stop a 3 minute walk. 10 minute ride into centre. Great breakfast. Would recommend.

It is just wonderful. The place, so quiet, beautiful, in the nature, with wild rabbits running around. The hotel itself is luxurious, classic countryside hotel. Spacious and cozy rooms with nice views. The price is very good. I was at the academic conference and my colleagues mostly were staying in the city. One colleague got a hotel with a slightly higher price than Rectory farm’s but she was complaining how horrible it was. And I heard others complaining about hotels. I felt we got the very good value for the price.
