Staff friendly couldn't do enough for you. Hotel immaculate very clean.. little garden to sit out was great. Location ideal. Breakfast superb. Value for money brilliant. Can't praise this hotel enough.

The location was better than we had expected. Our room was spacious, with a beautiful semi-firm bed. No noise from outside, and we slept like angels. Breakfast was romantic, overlooking the water. There is an excellent selection of help-yourself continental style and warm breakfasts from the menu. The staff were always super professional and cheerful. Chester's town centre is a 10-minute stroll along many historical landmarks, restaurants, and shops.
