We had the most amazing stay at the hotel.
We were very kindly upgraded to a suite, which was gorgeous!
The rooms are beautiful & clean, the staff are so friendly and the breakfast was DELICIOUS 🤤
We used the pool and jacuzzi - both were clean and lovely.
We will most certainly be back!

Relaxed, great pool and jacuzzi with sauna and steam room. Great customer service. Friendly staff always helpful.

Decor of room and the shower was lovely and modern
Jacuzzi was nice when it was open

It was just lovely and chilled and very friendly, the spa was not to busy and could use the facilities easily, the bar man on a couple of nights was welcoming, even as soon as we turned up at the hotel we felt relaxed & welcome

Very spacious very clean lovely food and the staff very politeful doing anything for you it's been there three times looking forward to coming back into weeks time me and my girlfriend totally love it

Excellent location for visiting Merry Hill and local attractions. Clean and great sized space! Very impressive facilities and good amount of private parking. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room got upgraded and they left lovely romantic details in the room as we were celebrating our anniversary, we really appreciated this.
