Loved the location and loved the Apartment!
Had everything we needed, spotlessly clean. we were celebrating our 40th Anniversary while we were there...
When we arrived, there was a bottle of wine chilling in an ice bucket ..a really lovely touch! Thank you
We both don't drink unfortunately but really appreciated it
Definitely would go back to the apartment and would recommend it to everyone 🙂 👌

We got an upgrade to the castle deluxe room it was so nice of them as it was our anniversary the room was so nice and big and the bed was so comfortable everything about this hotel was luxury and relaxing. We both would definitely be back again .
Thank you to the receptionist lady ( she was working Sunday 18th February in afternoon)didn’t get her name but she was so nice and friendly

The staff were brilliant & couldn’t do enough for you, even leaving a bottle of Champagne in our room for my 60th birthday, a lovely touch. The room was beautiful & the bed amazing for comfort. The roll top bath in the room was pure luxury & fabulous to relax in with a glass of wine after a day walking around Edinburgh sightseeing. The separate waterfall shower was equally wonderful.
The decor in the room was also very tasteful . 10/10

The staff were very helpful and easily contactable. I love how instead of getting your room cleaned they give you vouchers for a free drink instead. My wife and I went on our honeymoon at the malmaison, and the staff were every kind and gave us extra drinks and made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely go again and looking to plan our first anniversary at the malmaison. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Our stay at Ten Hill Place was perfect! The bed was so comfortable, room was spotless & the staff couldn’t have been nicer! We got a complimentary upgrade as it was my boyfriend’s birthday, which was really appreciated ☺️ A fab stay in a great location, with lovely acommodating staff.
