Easy to find and close to the motorway ( no motorway noise), very friendly reception, comfortable and spacey room ( I got an upgrade) that looks clean and gives a warm atmophere. Excellent restaurant that is reasonably priced. Very good value for the money, but very good overall.

This fine 4-star hotel with leisure complex is located on Merchants Quay in the city centre, convenient for all the city-centre amenities, pubs bars and restaurants.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The 2 restaurants were really good. Close to public transport. Room nice size and ensuite was good size. Lift. Staff went beyond normal for us by taking photos of our wedding day.
