Hotel is set in lovely well maintained grounds. Room and bathroom was very clean and looked like recently had been upgraded. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice . The use of the electric car charging unit at the Upper House Hotel was excellent. Car was fully charged the next morning. Cost of charge of car was extra

Had the luxury suite at a very reasonable price. It was gorgeous. Staff were kind and helpful (I have some mobility issues) . Fantastic view. Room was grand with lovely views, and it's own balcony. Can't praise it highly enough.

Lovely country house hotel in a private parkland location. Convenient for the Potteries and routes north and south. It's like staying as a guest in a country house, and thus very restful after a long drive. Very easy parking. The staff members were helpful and attentive. The restaurant is nice, and there is a wood panelled bar/lounge to relax in for pre dinner drinks. We were given an upgraded room which was well received.
