The property was perfect, we only stayed for 1 night as it was just a stop over before taking the boat to Ios. The room was more than adequate for what we wanted, if you were staying for longer you might want a slightly larger room, the bathroom might feel a little small for a longer stay. The hotel is on the front of the caldera, you don’t have a view but it’s only a few steps from the view, absolutely perfect if you want to be in the heart of Fira. I would stay again and recommend to anyone.

The most amazing view! Better than expected. The room was very clean and we had a nice breakfast outside every day. The staff were all very friendly and always ready to help. Christos is a great host! We got so many valuable insider tips from him. It was a great stay there, would love to come back

Book this hotel. Everything about it is amazing, spotlessly clean, perfect location, incredible facilities and the staff are so helpful. We stayed in the executive suite and didn’t want to leave. Amazing sunset views with an indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. It is right in the heart of Fira so perfect spot for restaurants and nightlife but also perfect if you want to stay in and enjoy the sunset from the comfort of your own place. Staff at the hotel booked us an amazing dinner with sunset views too, they couldn’t have been more helpful. We will definitely be back.

It was great the first 3 days, then I took another day directly from the Reception, only that for that day the room wasn't the same, it was completely different, I didn't sleep all night because something spewed on me, and the cleanliness was not at the highest level

1) The staff is very friendly, polite and accommodating. They offered us a free room upgrade which was a very generous gesture from the hotel. 2) The breakfast is very good as a quality and quantity . They serve delicious deserts with each breakfast ;) 3) The location is top par ! It is very close by walking to fira center which includes alots of shops and restaurants , it is about 5 minutes by walking to fira central bus station and is about 10 minutes by bus away from the airport and approximate about 15 minutes away from the ferry port. 4)The outdoor hot tub was warm enough to enjoy even in a relatively cold weather. 5) The view is spectacular. I was left speechless the first time I saw it and didn't get enough of it haha . It is so charming and a kind of things that one should see at least once in life time . 6) The hotel and facilities are very clean and the hotel is very well maintained.

Cleanliness: Everything spotless. Mattress Comfort: Not bat for 1,90cm people like me. That's already a lot. Room size: Really big size to stay few days. Location: 10 min walking to the center. Great location. Calm neighborhood. Noise: Sometimes could hear something from the street, but the place is quite calm. Responsible: She was really attentive and helpful always with us. Thanks a lot. Shuttle: We have hired a shuttle from the Airport to the hotel (30€) at 3:00am and the transport was fast, efficient and easy.
