Impeccable and truly excellent welcome, farewell, and overall service. A big thank you to the entire staff, from the reception to the spa area: all staff showing and explaining everything. This room was one of the cleanest I've ever rent with very comfortable bad. Communication was modern and simple. Public parking for free is near the building. When I retourn to Split one day I'll choose this room for sure! Thank you for nicely hosting.

Ana reached out earlier and explained well how to check in. She also gave us an early check-in, which saved us half a day. The property was very clean and exactly at the center of the old town.

The hotel was perfectly located in the old town, in a hidden corner away from the masses. We booked the room with the beautiful terrace and were able to have our breakfast brought up there, which was absolutely lovely. The room was gorgeous and had everything we need. The fact that the hotel only had 7 rooms made our stay feel very personal. The hotel staff were amazing and went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. You could tell that they were very passionate about providing the best customer experience. All of them helped to make our stay, and my birthday, unforgetable.

Everything was perfect from the welcoming to the check out ! Marija ( hope I am right in the spelling) was super great, she gave us the best tips for the city ( restaurants, markets etc ) and was wonderful! Breakfast was perfect and the rooms are quite big … !
