Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Kaluku Gili Resort, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Traveling with a 5-year-old can be challenging, but the resort made everything seamless and enjoyable for us all. The highlight of our stay was definitely the beautiful beachfront view from our bungalow. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the serene ocean view was truly magical. The resort's location is perfect, offering a tranquil atmosphere that's just what we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The breakfast at the resort was exceptional, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. Our mornings started with delicious meals that fueled our days of adventure. The pool was another favorite spot for our family, especially for our son, who could have happily spent all day splashing around in it. One of the things we appreciated the most was the resort's thoughtfulness in providing amenities like bicycles and snorkeling equipment. Exploring the island on bikes and snorkeling in the clear waters was a fantastic experience. The sea life was vibrant, and swimming amongst the turtles and colorful fish was a highlight of our trip. What truly set Kaluku Gili Resort apart was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their kindness towards our son was heartwarming; they treated him like a little friend, which made our stay even more special. It's not just the stunning location or the excellent facilities that make this resort wonderful—it's the people who work there. We cannot recommend Kaluku Gili Resort enough to families looking for a slice of paradise. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, exceptional service, and family-friendly atmosphere makes it a place we'll definitely return to. Thank you for giving us such beautiful memories!

This being our third time we stayed here, it was great as usual. The staff were super attentive to all our needs and special shout out to Herman and Agnar who were just awesome. We had an issue with our AC this time around and they shipped in a new unit from Lombok within a few hours. Really hoping we can come back one more time before we leave Indo for good.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The hostel dorm is really cool with the bamboo vibes and swinging beds. The garden and chilling areas and the hammock are so nice and relaxing.

Fantastic location on the north end of the island. This is the quiet end, but if you hire a bike everything is easy to get to. Speaking of hiring bikes, the staff will organise these for you on request for $5AUD a day. They also supply a cool map which makes it easy to navigate around the island. The staff were amazing and very super-friendly. We loved that they taught us basic Indonesian and repeated the phrases every time we saw them. I get the feeling this is a cheeky F you to us westerners and we loved it! Lol. There is a chilled water cooler supplied with the villa which is restocked on empty. We managed to drink 20L between the two of us! FYI, we stayed during the ‘wet season’ which wasn’t very wet. It only rained a few times of a night time. Gili Air is a lot more chilled and laid back compared to Gili T. We would definitely come back to this island. For the breakfast, we had several at Kopi Susu and Gili Bliss. We loved staying at Ananda B&B. The room was spacious, the breakfast was nice, it’s very well located, and the staff were really friendly and helpful and. If you need help getting to your next destination, they can arrange it for you. Gili Air was a dream, and this B&B made the experience more special. Quick note: At night, you’ll hear chickens, roosters, and insects (like everywhere on the island), but Ananda B&B provides earplugs!

Amazing staff very friendly and helpful. They are always seen with a smile and very attentive. The location is just insane! Literally just a 5 min swim and you will be able to swim with huge sea turtles in shallow water. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Make sure to book well in advance.

Everything, the resort was exactly as expected! Our cottage was cozy and we felt at home! We spent most evenings at the outdoor seats outside our cottage. Beds and pillows were firm and clean. Aircon was cold for the evenings and bathroom was huge! Most importantly, the staff were very welcoming and we were very well taken care of!
