The staff takes of every single detail during your stay, the hotel is a perfect oasis within the chaos of Medan. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and spacious room, the lovely swimming pool and the amazing gardens. Food is also delicious, so definitely worth staying for a meal or two!

Their helpfulness was invaluable, especially since we don't speak Indonesian. Most of the staff members were fluent in English, making communication easy for our family. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and the clean and inviting atmosphere made the dining experience even more pleasant. The hotel's strategic location is a major plus. Its direct connection to the mall makes it incredibly convenient for guests, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Hotel just in the heart of city. The hotel staff went above and beyond, even accommodating our early check-in request. Their exceptional service and warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. It has almost everything you can wish for. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I have ever experienced. A lot of choice, delicious coffee but best of all outstanding service. Props to all the hotel staff delivering the best and personal service one could possibly ask for. I can’t remember all the names I had good conversations with, but one I do remember is Hambali. His service is more than outstanding.
