We had a truly wonderful stay at the West Lagoon Resort in Netanya. The service was excellent—courteous, attentive, and always available. The food was fresh, varied, and delicious, which is especially impressive given the challenges of maintaining high standards of kosher cuisine during Passover. A special thanks to Vered Alber, who went above and beyond throughout our stay to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. The fact that they had a person Limor Edri specifically to make sure that the guests were comfortable was a very positive aspect of our stay. We actually had a small problem and she was very helpful.

I booked a two night stay at the Daniel hotel for a mini vacation, and it was superb! Every one of the staff, from the security guard to Ehran at breakfast, greeted me nicely. When I arrived at the hotel two hours earlier than check-in, I assumed I would leave my bag and come back later. To my delight, I was able to check in early, my room was ready, and I had been upgraded to the Shizen rooms with a balcony and view of the ocean! Osnat handled check-in and she was a sweetheart. Although getting to the room was a little dark and outdated, the room itself was wonderful. The bathroom was clean and the bed was big and comfortable. I spent hours sitting on the balcony looking at the view. I also had the pleasure of going to the Shizen spa. It was my first time at a spa and it was a great experience. Veronica was nice and explained everything to me. I used the fitness room, which was clean and well-equipped. The pool is perfect for laps, and the jacuzzi was fun too. I got a classic massage by Natalia, who did a phenomenal job, and left the spa feeling great. Because I was staying in the Shizen wing, I was able to go back and forth from my room to the spa quickly. On my last day, the weather was sunny, and I spent the morning reading my book by the gorgeous pool and view of the beach. I had an excellent time at the Daniel hotel and look forward to staying there again.
