When we made the reservation, we added a note requesting a fridge. Twenty minutes later, the hotel guest relations manager, Vered Elbar, called us to respond to our request. She was very welcoming and helpful. I made requests before at other hotels before this and I never received a personal response. When we arrived at the hotel, Vered greeted us, offered us refreshments and told us if we have any questions or concerns during our stay to call her directly. We got a very comfortable, quiet room with a magnificent view! We had lunch and supper there. The food was great and there was lots of variety.What was most impressive was how Ms Elbar made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our accommodation, Her kind and gracious demeanour was very welcoming. We would definitely return to this hotel and recommend the hotel to our friends.

Beautiful stylish decor in common areas, and expansive rooms, with high cielings, and pointed decoration. Beautiful beach views. Breakfast felt like a reception. EVERYTHING! great Staff--everyone so nice and accomodatting .BEAUTIFUL rooms so tastefully decorated, gorgeous views, love the location. Feel pampered though i didnt get to spa. CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK!

Breakfast was fantastic! The dining room light and welcoming; Our room was very good and the location super - short walking distance to the promenade, the beach elevator and the city center. Free coffee and tea, helpful staff. We loved this place and hope to come back there again!
