This property is spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. Big, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Just a leisurely 15-minute walk from the centre of Arezzo, it is located in a quiet residential area. Supermarket a few metres away. The owner was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Very good value for money.

I was in Minerva hotel with a group of business delegation as their coordinator. The location was perfect. A walking distance from Arezzo Fiera and about 20 minutes by walk to city center. Breakfast was good and delicious. Of course it is an Italian hotel and you can not compare it with some other 4-star hotels in Asia. The rooms was spacious and big enough for 2 people with all facilities you need. I will try to stay in Minerva hotel next time if they have available rooms for my group. Regards
