Everything exceeded our expectations. When I travel to Rome this is where I will stay. It was especially great to have this property only 2 Km from FCO. Friendly professional staff. Incredible room. We stayed there twice on this recent visit and the many days and there were many opportunities to have something happen and go wrong but they went out of their way to make this place a memorable experience. No other hotel in the area can compare especially when it comes to cost. The Hilton is relatively the same price at the airport BUT it does not come close to what QC Term Roma offers.

We had organised airport pickup with owner so she was there to greet us and then take us into the property to show us around. What a lovely, homely apartment which was much bigger than we had thought. All facilities were great with all that we could have needed. Bed was so comfortable and I was disappointed that we only had 12 hours here as a layover stop before returning to Australia. Laura recommended a great burger bar which was a pleasant 10 minute walk away- burgers were amazing. We also had an early airport transfer at 6.30am next morning and it was pouring down with rain but we were greeted with a happy good morning and an umbrella to get to the car. A fond goodbye at the airport with a wish of Safe Travels. It was such an added bonus for us to be able to arrange airport transfers with the owners as well. So it is perfect for anyone needing accommodation near to the airport for quick layovers. Such a lovely stay which we would do again if ever in the area.

The room was clean, and the mattress was very comfortable — we had a great rest after a long day. A supermarket is just a 3-minute walk away, there’s a restaurant on the ground floor, and a cake shop in the same building where you can try all kinds of Italian sweets.

rooms was really nice, big and full of light. Bed very comfy. Breakfast I didn't do, but they were so nice to offer me a coffee. I cannot really complain about anything. I wasn't so enthusiastic to stay at Ibis, but this one is really nice!
