We stayed in room 8, which was really beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the room had everything we needed, including a hairdryer and shower gel. We were especially impressed with the breakfast – the choice was great, as we could order exactly what we wanted, and it was delivered directly to our room. We had options for both sweet and savory dishes, yogurt, cereal, croissants... The location is also excellent, close to the train station and the city center, which was very convenient. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist and make our stay as pleasant as possible. Overall, this is a perfect place for a relaxing stay in the city. Highly recommended!

Everything is great! The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure to come back to the apartment and had a good night rest after spending a day visit the museums and galleries. Staffs are super nice and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone to stay who would like to visit Fluorence.
