The room is lovely decorated in a beautiful building with high ceiling, there was a little balcony. The staff was very kind and helpful! The location was perfect: direct connection to airport by tram and you can visit Florence city center by foot from there.

The location was perfect in the middle of a very lively and interesting part of Florence. We had a very nice room and the staff was very friendly and helpful beyond the call of duty. We are going to return, and next time for more than four days.

The hotel was beautiful, amazing gardens and views into Florence. Dinner was fabulous. The room very comfortable and spacious, but the friendliness of the hotel colleagues, the ease of every request and the shuttle bus was the real delight. Highly recommended!
