staff was amazing! very attentive, available, helpful. the woman of cleaning services was like mom ♥ the breakfast was sweet as it fits to Italy and unlimited. coffee machine at room and water boiler for tea in the corridor. croissants, cookies, coffee, tea, etc was in room also and if you needed more, you could get from corridor. the hotel does not have the reception on place. usually this kind of hotels do not offer lagguage deposit but the owner allowed us to keep them at room, then came to open us the door and take bags. checkout time was not strict as well. we were already prepared to check out and did not use this favor but it is very appriciable that there was an opportunity to stay some more time before the cleaning of other rooms would be finished.

the room was wide and comfortable. both room and bathroom with balconies. the bed was huge and comfortable. staff veeeeery polite and helpful. even the croissants for the breakfast was still warm when they were serving at room 🥐 it was newly baked and not packaged one

Good location, close to the train station but on a quiet street. Plenty of space in the room, bathroom and nice and clean. The staff were helpful on arrival and during my stay.
