The room was large and clean. The owner made sure we had everything for our arrival as he wasn't able to be there but the directions were clear and everything was fine. Close to the airport and easy access with airport bus. Owner also arranged pick up for our early flight.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They helped with everything. This was the best accommodation we've ever been in. There was a lot of kind of food we could choose from for breakfast. The view from the window was spectacular. The bed was very comfortable. The city center is relatively close and it's really cheap to travel there by train. Ciampino Airport is even closer. The nearest supermarket is in a 15-20 minutes distance (on foot). The neighborhood is really calming and nice. The check-in process was easy and it was simple to find our room. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation.
