The property was set in a beautiful inner garden with really nice aesthetic inside and out. The instructions for self service check in were detailed and the staff we met in the morning were really friendly and attentive. The breakfast options were delicious and there was something for everyone.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, as well as spacious! Perfect location to visit the leaning tower. The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise, delicious! The staff were very helpful and friendly, shout out to Luca!

We received the warmest welcome from Roberto and it was enough to make our short visit to Pisa so special! We were really comfortable, perfect for our family with a toddler. Roberto gave us some great recommendations for food to eat in the city. The villa was perfectly located, walking distance from the airport and also to the center of Pisa. If we ever go to Pisa again, there is no where else we would like to stay! Oh and the breakfast was lovely! Specially the coffee🤩

Short 20 Minute walk to the main attractions. Shops nearby. The ladies looking after the place are very nice and helpful. We had good conversations and got to find out about the culture too. Parking is a must in Pisa and this one also is suitable for a bigger car and safe.

The location was superb, our suite was stunning, complimentary breakfast, exceptional value for money and the host is very helpful with lots of communication.

The location was very good - just a few steps away from the main street of old Pisa. The room was large with a well-functioning heating (which was important in January!). The owners were really welcoming and helpful. A very good stay in Pisa!
