We had the apartment with the private terrace. It was very nice furnished and the terrace is wonderful. Location is great - in the middle of the old town. So we recommend not to travel with huge luggage. We just had our backpacks with us. For us the walk from the train station -where we parked -was pretty easy about 10 mins. Check in was easy and also the check out. We want to mention the great breakfast at a coffee nearby in the middle of the old town. Breakfast and stuff there were the best we had during our trip. We highly recommend to stay at dimora anderi. See you soon- we’ll come back (:

We had a luxury penthouse apartment on the top (4th floor). We could see the sea over the rooftops all around. We also booked the Spa (big whirlpool, Finnish sauna, Turkish steam) for our family and we're spoiled by tea, refreshments and fresh fruits. It was 120 eur/4ps. The chosen breakfast was delivered to the room, it was also 5 star.

The place is 5 minutes from Polignano a Mare. Very good if you are looking a quiet accomodation. The facility also have a lot of room for parking which is appreciated. The best part are Mariela's breakfast, with croissants, different cheese, and typical dishes. Very recommend.
