The place was a simple house with several bedrooms and a shared kitchen where a lovely self service breakfast was ready for us in the morning. There was good parking across the street. The old part of the city is a short walk away. The place was clean and comfortable.

The host were extremely friendly. Everything was as expected. The place was very nice and charming. Although there were other people, we often felt like we were there by ourselves.

We loved everything about this place. The room was big and comfortable with a huge bed. The courtyard was beautiful, everything was green with beautiful flowers and some benches to sit and relax while drinking a glass of wine in the evening. The staff were very attentive and ready to help. The breakfast was the best we have ever had, everything was homemade and very tasty and varied. We would came back in a heartbeat. Fantastic ! A lovely rusticl hotel/restaurant, with a beautiful ' wrap-round' garden, with panoramic views of the Tuscan hills opposite. Wonderful swimming pool. I had a room in an outbuilding with own terrace, great ! In two days, I got to know Ricardo and Catia a little, who told me more about the place and how they run it. I had two delicious meals at the restaurant and the breakfasts were equally enjoyable. Tuscan hospitality at its best. Personally, I loved the place.
