What an amazing little B&B. It's right in the town center. Behind the Piazza del Campo. We parked our car in the car park ,,Il Corso", which was a 15 min walk away and 35€ for 24h. There is no parking in the city center. The rooms in the B&B are spacious, modern and very clean. Breakfast in the Cafè Nannini is included and only a short walk away. The breakfast is very good. The staff sent some restaurant recommendations in advance and even though some of them were closed as it was Sunday we found an open Osteria, they recommended and the food was excellent. Thank You for a pleasant stay!

Great location in a beautiful green environment and at the same time close to the old town. Delicious and plentiful breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. There were free parking next to the hotel. We will be back again.

First up, Giacomo and Lorenzo were the best hosts you could ask for. The Villa and property are stunning. It is quiet and the breakfast was delicious. The Villa is located reasonably close to the old city centre and is a nice walk.

Big enough and Gorgeous room with cozy atmosphere that actually was even better than the good photos they provided on the listing. Jacuzzi was something extra-ordinal, amenity, equipment was all good. Direct access to the big balcony was also nice. we wondered about the distance from city centre however we found it is 7 minutes walk with many attractive shops on the way. I only rate 10 when I really think I want to come back to stay at the same hotel even there are bunch of hotels in the end but this is the one that I really want to come back.

Spacious, clean and well decorated. Considering the location (Central) it is very quiet even with windows open. Fantastic Restaurant recommendations!

Great four rooms, with the common living room/ breakfast area, elegantly and stylishly decorated, located in the center of Sienna, just 2min walk from the Piazza del Campo. The top one has spectacular tower view. Breakfasts are an option/ we’ve not used, but I am sure these would be as great as all the services in this magnificent property.

Very charming and comfortable B&B. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bed: I never found a bed as comfortable in a B&B (or hotel) before. The personnel was as helpful as one could ever wish, from welcoming me before the official check-in time to pamper me with all kind of treats for breakfast.

We absolutely loved everything! The hosts were so friendly and willing to help us sort out our admin. The rooms are big and comfy, showers were clean and hot! The breakfast was homemade and to die for!! A bonus that we were super close walking distance from the center. All in all, an incredible experience!
