The rooms were nice and well equipped. Modern bathroom. It seems like it was renovated yesterday. A coffee machine is available. It is located in the historical part of the city, close to all important attractions. They have their own parking lot. You get detailed directions to access their house. I can give it a 10 without any doubts.

The house is very special - made from stone, originally from the 19th century, living there was one of a kind experience. Owners are the sweetest people, very communicative, caring and helpful. The location is also great - sourrounded by fields and green hills.

Surrounded by greenery, Podere Sette Piagge is just outside the historic centre and offers a shuttle to Orvieto Train Station 1 km away. Its garden includes a pool, fruit trees and vegetable patch.
