Great personnel at the reception who provided us with free upgrade, knowing that we had a long way and it was our first stay at the lake. 2. Great room with the lake view and private warm jacuzzi at the terrace. 3. Very tasty breakfast with all you need: squeezed juice, fresh bread, great Italian coffee, omelet, sausages, bacon, cheese, sweet pastry etc. 4. Very clean with lovely large size toiletries in the bathroom. My room came with a fluffy bath robe and slippers and the staff upgraded me to a room with a hot tub on the deck, it was fantastic with the most incredible view of the lake! The views were breathtaking from are room. My boyfriend proposed to me in the Aqua restaurant which was so special and romantic and they played our favourite song, The food was excellent he couldn’t of pick a better place. When we went back up to are room there was a bottle of champagne and rose petals on the bed. We were completed spoilt. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed I would throughly recommend it.
