The staff was amazingly helpful and arranged for a shuttle bus for us. Breakfast was delicious and the location was very convenient.

Location was excellent however if your not driving you may not have many options for restaurants nearby. Ski just at fews steps from the hotel door. Breakfast is like a Michelin restaurant, really great food.

We had an exceptional stay at the Shakespeare hotel. Olivia was more than accommodating to all our needs and request, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself was in the perfect location, walking distance to many restaurants, ski hire places and very accessible to get to the slopes (shuttles every hour that leave from outside the hotel). All the staff were welcoming and willing to help where possible. We plan to return very soon!!!
