Onsen was fantastic! very nice and clean. They took care of the luggage and the car. A free soft drinks was available. The room was nice and spacious. Everything was just perfect.

This is the best place for those travelling to Matsumoto by train! Considering the price and level of service, I'd say it's the best place for anyone travelling to Matsumoto in general. It has everything you need - a clean, quiet and comfortable room, good breakfast, proximity to the train station, city centre and restaurants...
