This felt like less of a hotel stay and more of an experience as a whole. If you are exploring Nara I would recommend taking at least a day to just enjoy this hotel stay. We were greeted by extremely friendly staff who helped us with every little thing, from taking our luggage to ordering a taxi for our departure. We were served luxurious meals for dinner and breakfast in our room, by staff who set our table and made our bed. The location was magical with beautiful nature and deers roaming around outside. They had an amazing natural hot spring bath as well. Would warmly recommend this place.

The staff were polite and helpful, assisting me with storing my luggage in the morning and informing about Nara and the hotel. The room and beds were clean. The staff took efforts to get the stamp on my sketch right. The location is convenient, just a one minute walk from JR Nara Station and approximately a 12 minute walk from Nara Kintetsu Station.

Really beautiful room. The hotel is a little rough but more than makes up with a lot of charm and zen. We stayed in a four person room with access to a garden and really great atmosphere. Loved the place.

Everything. We were welcomed by the amazing staff - nothing was any trouble. We were given a welcome gift and the room was just amazing. The shop at the hotel is a lovely touch and the building itself is just breathtaking. We added on breakfast too and it was lovely. The loveliest honeymoon stay for us 🤍

Lovely hotel with great Onsen and an authentic Japanese flair. Location is also really convenient. Super close to JR Station. Upgrade to bigger room was definitely worth it.

A beautiful hotel, probably the best room we stayed in Japan! Rooms are equipped with all the luxuries you can think; massage chair, jacuzzi, king size bed, massager, light settings, even a gambling machine, and so spacious! Whether you want to try the Love Hotel experience in Japan, or are just looking for a luxury stay for an affordable price, stay here! Staff were also very friendly and the 24hr room service was divine! They have a large menu and delicious food. This place is perfect for couples but we went as friends and had a great time.

A beautiful and cozy hotel you can relax in. The room in the main building was large, quiet, and had a lovely view. The tearoom / bar area is a perfect spot to relax. The restaurants on premises are lovely. You will need a reservation for meals, I had no issues booking these on the day. The gift shop has great souvenirs.
