Staff was extremely nice and welcoming - genuinely. I arrived in the morning and suffered from jet leg, they immediately did a light “investigation” if they could give me the room sooner than the check-in(they did💛) without me asking! I booked one of the cheapest room of theirs and it was super nice&comfy. And the entire place is just awesome for the eye, right in the middle of the city yet functioning like a peaceful oasis. 10/10 👌🏻

On our year long trip that has consisted of over 20 hotels so far The White Mansion rates as one of the best! Check in was superb, the staff are trained in customer service to such a high degree. Our room was wonderful, we got a turn down service which was a first on our travels which included yummy biscuits and fresh fruit. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. We ate in the restaurant one evening as we were too tired to go out for a meal and we were so happy we did, the food was fabulous. The pool is nice and cool after a hot day sightseeing. Everything about this hotel is top notch and I’m a picky person

Had a really wonderful stay at Sim Boutique Hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was soft and perfect for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom had hot water 24/7 with strong water pressure. Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout the stay, which was very helpful. The rooftop pool was the highlight, amazing place to relax with a beautiful sunset view. Breakfast was good with fresh options, and the housekeeping team kept the room neat every day. Even though the hotel is in a busy area, the rooms were quiet and peaceful. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help with taxis, directions, and local tips. Overall, great value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phnom Penh!

The most highlight of my stay was the exceptional services. The staffs were genuinely welcoming, friendly and always ready to assist with a smiling face. Whether transportation arrangements or recommending of historical places to visit, they were ensuring my requests were met. Their hospitality was absolutely superb. The hotel was in a very good location which many things in need were nearby. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The hotel is so beautifully designed, it is a haven in the middle of the city. It was so quiet, the plants and trees give a really nice atmosphere. The pool and breakfast area is really lovely to relax around, and the reception area was a lovely welcome. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and could not be more accommodating. The rooms are relaxing, through the stay we moved around the country so we stayed at this hotel twice and stayed in a standard and a premium and both were amazing!

We loved absolutely everything about this funky, cool, calm, and welcoming hotel. From the minute we stepped into the property, we felt completely relaxed and welcomed. Two beautiful pools to choose from, amazing breakfast selection, and a delicious cocktail menu. The linen was crisp and white, rooms beautifully decorated and lovely bathroom with great products.

Upgraded on arrival to a beautiful suite, it was so lovely we booked to stay an extra night. A real boutique hotel in a lovely neighbourhood close to the airport. Lovely tranquil atmosphere with a pool surrounded by plants. Breakfast was excellent and served in a great setting. Room facilities were top notch, even included a bottle of wine.
