The food was amazing, and the portions of breakfast were very generous. The view from the restaurant is the best I've seen in Sri Lanka so far and the family that run the place are very friendly. The pool was clean and has a sea view, I would highly recommend for anyone looking for some quiet time.

Great for 2 days disconnecting, surrounded by nature. The open air cabanas and rooms are amazing, especially the open shower, I saw 2 toucans chilling on my shower. Pool is great and there is plenty of space for sunbathing there when tired of the beach. Option to join a yoga class (morning and evening) or have a treatment at the spa as add-ons. Breakfast was good (mostly sri Lankan curry but some sweet options too)

What can I say if I could give this nice boutique hotel more than 10 points I would have happily done it. So perfect I cannot find words to explain how comfortable the stay was. It was that good. We were looked after by Mr. Yowan the house keeper was such a nice guy and he was so helpful. And the rest of the staff was also amazing. We will definitely come back again.

Lovely option 40 mts from the beach tucked away in a relatively quiet corner. We stayed in their brand new appartement/room on the first floor. Fantastic bed (huge!), slight seaview, nice and very clean bathroom, kitchenette incl fridge(!) and lot of space. Loved it! Rohan and his wife really take good care of you and cook up fantastic breakfasts, both SL and Western style.

Featuring garden views, Orchid Rest offers accommodation with terrace, around 500 metres from Mirissa Beach. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay.
