Hotel is new and big. We stayed in two quite exoensive riads before this and honestly this was much better for almost the same price. There is water always, and hot one, it is clean, beds are good, you can eat without a fear of geeting sick, location is in the safest neighbourhood and cloae to the city, people are nice, there is a nice rooftop bar, wifi is weak for working but was ok for whatsapp and youtube. Air doesnt smell bad in the rooms like in medina and also there is better isolation then in Riads. As I said for Marocco this is a geat hotel. Everyone speaks English and French.

Everything, the attitude, reception, checking in, breakfast, the junior sweet, the location in genius in the middle of Everything and in the same time quite and comfortable inside.the staff are client focused. Excursion arranged by hotel was reasonablely priced a safe and comfortable means of transportation. The driver , Mr. Mohamed , was splendid . He was a very helpful one. We really asked for him by name to explore the country and go to two nearby places .He was a very pleasant , understanding, and cooperative driver.He drives slowly and safely , we enjoyed the way . I do advise everyone for this driver . In the end it was an exceptional stay

Our stay was amazing thanks to this wonderful Riad and their staff. We are very thankful especially to Mohamed and Suleyman for being so helpful and polite. Mohamed explained to us very well the streets and famous attractions, he also helped us with translating and having conversations with guides. The staff helped my boyfriend in arranging a birthday surprise for me. Our rooms were cleaned every day, it was very tidy. Again very big thanks to those amazing and kind people that took part of making our holiday wonderful.

Everything about our stay was just perfect, our host and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The Rhiad was a calm and tranquil oasis in the middle of the bustling souks....a real haven from the heat and noise outside!

The terrace where we had breakfast was beautiful, the breakfast was a lot of different breads and this was very kind , perhaps a little less bread and more fruit would have been good - the owners and staff were lovely friendly and attentive - thank you . It was my partners birthday and we were brought mint tea on the roof top garden to watch the sun set which was such a perfect touch . A big thank you too to Sultan - he was a big hit during our stay !

The facilities, the pool, the staff members. Everything in this Riad is gorgeous. The room was big enough, the toilettes were out of this World and the food for breakfast was unbelievable. It was definitely a must if you travel to Marrakesh
