The staff. All were incredibly friendly and nice. But those who stood out were Maria, nua & mario. Maria did everything she could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Super nice & friendly. The rooms have everything that you need and the house keeping services were excellent. Everywhere is very clean. The facilities. Rooftop bar with drinks and food available 24hrs and much cheaper than bars in the vicinity. You can also use the adjoining hotels facilities, gym (huge & well equipped) sauna and swimming pools (indoor & outdoor).

Everything is super clean, the room was really nice, the AC worked really fine and you also had a ceiling fan. The bed also was very confortable, and the reception staff is excellent too. the breakfast was really good too

staff in the front office namely Trisha and Melody are very friendly and helpfull. Staff in Le bistro namely Gherlyn and Mharvie are so good in service I will give them 5 star. Food in Le bistro was good too Kudos to the Chef.

Absolutely went out of their way to look after us . Had a free room upgrade to a pool Seaview room after we expressed our concerns about building noise . Brian and his team were fantastic in arranging our daytrips. The Saturday buffet is a must .exceptional !
