Absolutely everything about this resort is incredible!! We were celebrating our honeymoon and it was magical spending our time in secrets Akumal. Everything is done to perfection and that’s all thanks to the amazing staff they have. We loved seeing the entertainment team everyday and getting involved in all of their activities. Max, jonas, Abraham and Gina were amazing ❤️ The food and drinks in the resort were such high quality. We loved the pizza by the pool and also loved the grill for dinner! We snorkelled with the turtles which I’d highly recommend! Amazing experience! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so incredibly enjoyable. We didn’t stop smiling the entire trip and we have memories forever!

Villa Morena was a very beautiful place, very clean and well maintained. The cabanas, gardens and vegetation were beautiful. Very nice and welcoming hosts. This is our fourth stay here. Our rooms arei always very comfortable. The beds are the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The breakfasts were delicious. The scenery as we ate every morning was of the bay and boats and swimmers. The rooms are always cleaned spotlessly. The staff is warm and friendly, and always very professional. Our rooms were steps away from the beautiful beach where every morning our camastros were set up under our favorite palapa. Our favorite palapa was so close to our rooms that it was quick and easy to return to our rooms to get more drinks or to use the restroom. We love this hotel and it’s beautiful location!

Everything was perfect. I felt safe. After my 1 week stay, I felt like family. Betty at reception greeted me with open arms. After the first day the staff and I were on a first name basis. I was greeted each morning with a smile and my coffee just the way I like it. The sea bass is amazing, cooked perfectly each and every time by Angie. Thank you to Oscar, Luis, Juan and Aaron who went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. I give Mereva Tulum a 10/10 and promise I will be back.
