Una Vida and his twin hotel Hotel Bardo (you can use both pools and restaurants) are very well designed with a strong attention to detail, definitely look like a small heaven in which we enjoyed staying by the pool in a peaceful and flourished environment with good quiet music. Delicious breakfast and staff always smiling! Near the centre (max 15mn by walk). Special note to the Guest Experience Staff that was super attentive and responsive regarding an issue with some noisy neighbors during a night.

The beach hut was super comfy and so close to the water. The hotel staff was superior! They were accommodating and helpful, as well as knowledgeable about the area, helping us to make arrangements. I loved seeing the sunrise every day.

This hotel is located on one of the nicest beaches in Tulum, Mexico. The hotel offers a secluded location, guest rooms with free WiFi, an on-site restaurant and the Ziggy's Beach Club.

Amazing place right next to the beach. Great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone.

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens.

I loved the property and the staff. Wifi was very good and no problems connecting up to do some work. The room and bath room were great as was the swimming pool. It was a quiet area but within 5 mind walk to the main street. Charles was a wonderful host and the lad at the front desk was very helpful in arranging a couple of tours for me.

The hosts, Fernanda and Diego are wonderful, vey helpful people, they provided us everything we needed. They created an environment that is super relaxing and quiet, which is lovely in the busy Tulum. The room was spacious and clean as well. The best accommodation we had so far on the Yucatán.

Everything was fantastic at Poc Na. The hotel is beautiful, the room was great and the staff are extremely attentive. The attention to detail is first class, from providing beach bags in the room to raking the sand paths every morning. I worked with Alex, the concierge, to organise a surprise proposal, and he went above and beyond in making the day special. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The best place to relax, the whole experience is amazing. It has such a beautiful view to the beach, yoga classes. We had two massages, they were so worth it. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, there’s air conditioning, the showers are open air but private, the best shower ever. The breakfast that’s included is delicious.
