I absolutely loved my stay at Una Vida, the ladies at the concierge were super helpful. From arranging airport transfers through to smooth check in & ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. a real gem of a place beautiful clean pool..breakfast was good but a little too much the same each day..the owner and staff very friendly and helpful..this place is like home with dogs cats bees and chickens..the best part for me was there was ample hot water for my must have showers

That was one of the best experiences we had. The staff was amazing !! Friendly, helpful and nice. I read different comments about the staff at the breakfast and beach bar and our experience was amazing. They were super fast, helpful and always smiley. We really enjoyed our breakfasts. Special thank you to Jorge, Juan, Freddy, Gustavo, Gerardo and Vicky. You do really great job and with a great attitude. The rooms are very clean and very spacious. Especially the beach front rooms - as if you are in a paradise. And finally the reception staff Carlos, Orfe and another lady were also very helpful and nice. The check in was quick and smooth. Since the hotel is located in a national park it feels like you are so disconnected from real world and that is just so really relaxing. Also you just pay once for the park entrance, only when you get inside the park for the first time and then at the reception they provide you with braclet for the day in case you want to exit the park. That was a really unforgetabbble experience for our family. Thank you !!

A truly inspiring and relaxing place. 1. Amazing location since we were immersed in the jungle and beachfront but not in the Jaguar Park (where you pay absurd amounts everyday just to reach the hotels) nor very deep into hotel zone and clubs, so Tulum town is very nearby and you can go to much better/cheaper restaurants than in hotel zone. 2. Breakfast was one of our favorites in a long time, very tasty and varied food right in front of the sea. 3. Staff was very nice, always available personally or through whatsapp. We had a few requests that were very quickly answered/solved. They were not pushy for tips, which can hapen a lot in Yucatan. 4. We really enjoyed the vibe/atmosphere, everything is quiet, relaxed and a bit more focused on wellness. 5. Beach is small and rocky but we easily went for a swim (in a no sargassus season) and nobody was there so it was almost like a private beach
