The staff was superb and extremely helpful. We would like to name Sina as a great frontdesk supervisor who helped us since the first day until the very last. Her insights on Tromso was very helpful. The food and fika in the afternoon were first-class and very much appreciated after a long day.

We got the room with the water views & it was expectacular. The location of hotel couldn't have been any better. The breakfast buffet was very good too as was the afternoon tea, the dinner could have had more variety though I really enjoyed the soup.
