Thank you so much for mountain view room, Stayed here for 1 night. Tried their Saturday brunch buffet at Garden restaurant. Their food was very delicious considering it was a hotel buffet. Their staff was also friendly,wifi work very good. 1 stood out the most which was Thakur Thakur was very courteous and hospitable. He treated me like a VIP. He showed me all the food in the buffet. He also brought me food and drinks to the table to try (I didn’t need to go back and forth). Also kept checking on me if the food was good and if I needed anything. Indeed, a 5 star service! The best!

I liked everything. The huge and well decorated room, the very friendly and professional staff, the varied and well prepared breakfast, the restaurants, but, above all, the spa. The hot stone massage is indescribable and makes us wish it would never end.

Nestled within beautifully landscaped grounds, Shambaling Hotel is a charming refurbished house from the 70s.

Very nice hotel with a cosy and beautiful courtyard. Quiet, comfortable and finely furnished rooms. The breakfast service is excellent. The staff are ready to ensure customer's comfort and meet any requirements in the best way possible. This structure also offers spa services managed by kind and professional staff. Shambaling hotel is super recommended!

This gem of a hotel is tucked away on the edge of Thamel. Once off the street, you are in a quiet oasis where you can relax with friends in the courtyard or restaurant. The staff throughout the hotel are helpful and always very welcoming. The premises and rooms were very clean and spacious. Value for money does not begin to describe this unique hotel.
